Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including miners, investors, buyers, and traders.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts and Registration

  • When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • The platform is intended for facilitating user registrations, secure transactions, and resource listings for metal trading.

2. Platform Services

  • FRINGE provides an e-platform for mining investment, metal trading, and supply chain solutions.
  • Services include, but are not limited to, facilitating equity partnerships, joint ventures, outright purchases of viable mining assets, connecting miners with international trading partners, and offering logistics and financial solutions.
  • We aim to provide a secure digital environment for trading and logistics.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Transaction Fees: For transactions or investments facilitated through FRINGE, Arête Mining & Consultancy Limited (alongside its equity partners) earns a 5% stake in the total contract value or shareholding. By using the Service for such transactions, you agree to this fee structure.
  • Subscription Fees: We may offer premium services through a subscription model (annual or monthly membership fee) in the future. These services may include advanced analytics, priority listing, and dedicated supply chain support. Terms for such subscriptions will be provided at the time of offer.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Users (miners, investors, buyers) are expected to conduct themselves ethically and in good faith.
  • Information provided regarding mining assets, investment capacity, or purchase intent must be accurate and not misleading.
  • Users are responsible for their own due diligence before entering into any agreements or transactions facilitated by the platform. While FRINGE will undertake asset evaluations, the ultimate responsibility for investment decisions lies with the users.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Arête Mining & Consultancy Limited and its licensors. The FRINGE name and logo are trademarks of Arête Mining & Consultancy Limited.

6. Asset Vetting and Listings

  • FRINGE will undertake diligent asset evaluations to build a trustworthy pipeline of viable mining projects. However, FRINGE does not guarantee the profitability, legality, or operational success of any listed mining project or asset.
  • Information provided on listings is based on data from the sellers/miners and our vetting process. Users should conduct their own independent verification.
